    Oh yes I remember those dark days vividly. I was starving each day but I didn't have the appetite. If I eat anything, I will just puke it out, and then I'll just starve again. It was a terrible cycle!

    During my 1st trimester, I relied on Mentos and Ribena, worked out just fine.

    Dear All , I already in 11 week and my morning sickness still strong, stay at home also come at anytime feel like vomit, My Gynae give me pill that feel very sleepy. is it Soda biscuit really help to feel better? where can i buy it? really thanks for advice.

    Eat crackers in the morning and shift your diet from a full meal into small frequent feeding. That way, you'll decrease the feeling of being nauseated. That's scientifically proven, so I hope this will work for you as well.

    hello hello...i just join as a member and first time mummy to be...am 13 weeks...my nausea feeling usually in the evening...any of you have such probs too?

    Shift your diet into small frequent feeding then eat crackers during the morning. No fatty foods and anything that will give you the puking feeling.

    Go ask your doctor if you can take antiemetics medications, this are nausea suppressant. You can buy it without a prescription though, but since you're pregy, consider asking your doctor if you're allowed to take.

    Try to divert your attention over that problem and don't eat a full meal, you should shift your diet into something less per eating but more frequent. Crackers in the morning by the way.
