    Eating right food

    Dear mum-to-be..... Recently I heard tt we cannot eat too much carrot and corn. Do u know what is the reason why? I have bn eating since my first trimester. Anyone solve my doubts pls... Thanks.

    Hi Snowier!

    I don't know the exact reasons, but for carrots, eating excessive amounts is not just bad for those pregnant, but for everyone. Because the body has a limit for processing carotenes. Here a short article on it

    As for corn, I think it might be because many food in itself already has corn in it. Quoting from an article, "of the 45,000 items found in the average supermarket, at least 1/4 of them contain corn". You can read the article here
