I use to see Dr Tham of Gleneagles for my baby's eczema. So far, baby's condition is not that worst yet still scheduled to see Dr Tham again 2 weeks after for follow up check-up. I hope things will be okay because my baby is too pitiful.

    Pediatric skin doctor in Singapore

    Hello mommies!

I am really worried and needs your help! My baby got rashes for already two weeks. It started from his feet and got worst. Now i already noticed rashes on his face. it really breaks my heart to see him keep on scratching and feel discomfort.

I already told his paed about it. the paed advised me to change his milk and observe the condition. He also advised me to see come back after one week and if the condition will not gets better he'll be referring me to a skin specialist.

But i guess, waiting one more week will get my son's condition worst. I will go to a skin specialist even without the paed's referral. I wonder if you mommies here can help me find tried and tested skin specialist for babies. thanks.

Hello mommy, I wonder if how old your baby is? My baby got rashes too due t heat and milk. I switched or changed her milk to NAN HA. I guess it's effective because baby's rashes on her arms get lesser. I also clean her using water before putting cream on the part where the rashes occur. I don't let baby get sweat also because it will make her cry because it's painful I guess.

Hi! My baby used to have mild eczema. I brought him to different skin specialist but only Dr Chan Yuin Chew of National Skin Center made my baby's condition better. Dr Chew advised me to use warm water to clean her and put some moisturizer on the affected part. Every time I do it,I can sense that baby felt comfortable.

My baby also has eczema. His paed told me that there is no cure for it. I was really worried about the revelation. I opt for second opinion from Dr Lee Chien Yee of Kinder Clinic at Mt. A. he confirmed that it has no cure but it should not make me that worried. He said that the thing that I need to find out is the root cause and avoid those that can trigger it.

    Hell everyone!

I was redirected into this forum as I look for some cure for baby's skin rashes online. I just noticed some rashes on my baby's legs yesterday and she kept on scratching it. My baby's paed was on leave that's why I can't bring baby to her. I called her over her mobile phone and let her know my baby's condition. She advised me to avoid eating dairy products since I am breast feeding. she suspects that my child have allergy. She wants to personally see my child when she gets back. But she'll be back next week and I'm afraid my baby's rashes gets worst. I wonder if I can use California baby calendula cream which my sister used to put on her baby when the baby got rashes to. Anyone here tried it?

I guess it's best to wait for the paed. Don't ever dare to put something on the rashes without prescription from the professional if you don't want it to get worst. i tried using the cream on my baby but it was prescribed by my baby's paed.

I agree. You should be very careful because the baby's skin is too sensitive. Only the experts can tell what should be the right medication for it. I guess for now I can advise you to just don't bathe the baby with cold water, use warm water when you bathe baby. and also i want to remind you that heat temperature can trigger the itchiness.

Hello all! thank you for all your replies. btw, my baby is still 3 months old. Too young! that's why I'm too worried. A close friend of mine recommended Dr Khoo BP, anyone tried his service? Is the doctor good?

Is he the one at Naaman Skin and Laser Center? If so then, I can say that the dr is good. My SIL brought my 3 weeks old niece who used to have eczema.
