    Disturbed by Pre-natal issues!!!

My tummy size makes me felt bad as I gazed myself in the mirror. Itís getting bigger now and I canít control gaining weight as Iím always eating. I am afraid to get even bigger for the next trimester of my pregnancy; I am also scared not to deliver normally.

Is there anything I can do to stop gaining weight too much? Will it harm my baby if I eat less? Please, I need your advice.

    Hey mommy!

Don't feel bad about your tummy! you are still beautiful as you are bearing precious thing in your tummy. Be thankful and feel blessed that no matter what is the changes it made physically, you are chosen to be the mother of the child you are bearing.

try to ask your OB for diet that suits you. try to confide your concerns to her/him so that he/she can help you with it.

It is only you who can control your appetite but don't deprive yourself too much, remember the baby also needs food through you.

to avoid becoming overwieght, you have to take care of the amount of food you intake. but you should not starve yourself, try to consider your baby inside your tummy.

Its normal to eat much because you are not the only one eating. just do exercise.
